A self initiated editorial project investigating how layout, more than subject, shapes the emotional weight of photographic work. Paired with a research paper on visual storytelling through layout.
Personal photography is sequenced spread by spread, with pacing, scale and image pairing treated as the primary editorial decisions. The result reads less as a catalogue of images than as a continuous visual essay on intimacy and the human condition.
